The Operations Report allows users to check passenger count data in real time. The report can be broken down by product.
The Operations Report is located at Reports > Operational > Operations Report.
Prerequisite Permission
This report requires the prerequisite permission of Run Operations Report located in User Configuration > Reports > Operational > Run Operations Report.
Report Formatting
The Operations Report is broken down into seven (7) columns.
Trip - name of the occurrence (trip).
Driver Name - name of the driver signed into the SmartStubs mobile application who scanned tickets into the occurrence.
Time - scheduled start time of the occurrence.
Bus - bus number selected by the driver in the SmatStubs Mobile Application.
Capacity - capacity of the selected bus as defined in the SmartStubs Web Application.
Checked-In - the amount of tickets/passes scanned.
Percentage - the capacity of the bus divided by the amount of check-ins.
