Operations Report

How to use and view the Operations Report within the SmartStubs Web Application

The Operations Report allows users to check passenger count data in real time. The report can be broken down by product.

The Operations Report is located at Reports > Operational > Operations Report.

Prerequisite Permission

This report requires the prerequisite permission of Run Operations Report located in User Configuration > Reports > Operational > Run Operations Report.

Report Formatting

The Operations Report is broken down into seven (7) columns.

  1. Trip - name of the occurrence (trip).

  2. Driver Name - name of the driver signed into the SmartStubs mobile application who scanned tickets into the occurrence.

  3. Time - scheduled start time of the occurrence.

  4. Bus - bus number selected by the driver in the SmatStubs Mobile Application.

  5. Capacity - capacity of the selected bus as defined in the SmartStubs Web Application.

  6. Checked-In - the amount of tickets/passes scanned.

  7. Percentage - the capacity of the bus divided by the amount of check-ins.
